Christensen Fiberglass Tooling

If your production level doesn't warrant the cost of a new mold but your not getting the quality parts you need let Christensen Fiberglass resurface your existing mold.

     Over the years this hull mold              (built by the marine manufacturer)   had produced several hundred parts, we were contacted to replace it with a new mold. After a discussion with the manufacturer about their future plans of replacing the model in another year we offered them a total mold resurfacing at a fraction of the replacement cost.   

As you can see the mold was profesionaly resurfaced and although a year has long gone by the mold is still occasionally brought into production and is still making money for our customer.
