   Please note in this picture the reflection of the air make-up          system that is over 20 feet above the surface of this hull mold.   With decades of experience building large composite molds we are able to deliver quality molds on time. We understand that our customers depend on us to meet their show and production schedules.  We can proudly boast that we have never missed a show date.  We are able meet these objectives by building with predictable quality. We achieve our predictable quality by identifying, documenting and following every procedure in the mold making process.  No where is it more evident than in mold building that each step is as critical as the step ahead of it. Meaning all the work that goes in to a beautiful master can be lost if wax or gel applications procedures weren't followed. Something as simple as not cleaning and covering the framework underneath the plug before gelling can lead to all kinds of quality and schedule issues. We finish projects on time by building with quality from the beginning to end.
